Your file is processed in browser memory. File contents, filenames and product values are not uploaded, saved by ListMint or sent to an AI provider. Closing or clearing the tool clears its working copy.
Supplier-file preparation
After you sign in and approve processing, requesting a preview or export sends the source text, mapping and preparation settings to ListMint’s server. They are processed in memory, then discarded. We do not store source or generated files, log their contents, publish them, or send them to an AI provider. Downloads go directly to your device.
A cryptographic fingerprint of the file and preparation settings is stored with the credit used, so the exact same preparation can be downloaded again. It cannot recreate your file. If you choose “Save mapping,” column names and mapping settings are saved on your device; product rows are not. Clear your browser’s site data to remove that template.
Optional usage measurement
Usage measurement is off until you choose “Allow usage counts.” The tools work without it. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable it. You can change your choice in the footer of the homepage, tools, guides or agent page.
If allowed, we store a random session ID, a broad source category (such as Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity or direct), an allowed campaign category, which public tool, guide or agent page you landed on, a timestamp, and whether the session used the checker, generated a preview or downloaded an export. Sessions last 30 minutes. No third-party analytics service is used.
Analytics does not collect file contents, filenames, product values, emails, IP addresses, exact referral URLs or arbitrary campaign text. Raw referrers are classified in your browser. Anonymous session records older than 30 days are deleted when measurement or dashboard requests run. Your yes/no preference stays on your device until you change it or clear site data.
A source category and optional session ID may be attached to a checkout. Confirmed purchases and refunds come from payment records, so counts can be compared with actual sales. Switching measurement off prevents further usage measurement; it does not remove existing anonymous counts or required payment records. The aggregate dashboard is accessible only to ListMint’s authorized owner.
Accounts and payments
ListMint uses passkeys for sign-in. Your device verifies your PIN or biometrics locally; ListMint stores public credential keys, account nicknames, hashed recovery codes and hashed session tokens. It never receives your biometrics or device PIN. An essential secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. ListMint keeps account identifiers, credit transactions, checkout references and payment status to deliver credits and handle reversals. Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment details; ListMint does not receive your full card details. Hosting and payment providers process technical information needed to operate their services.
Separate listing-writing studio
If you use the original listing-writing studio, the product brief you submit is sent to the configured AI provider and generated listings are saved to your account library. That is a separate feature from the CSV checker and supplier preparation. Never put secrets or sensitive personal information into a product brief.
