## Free Shopify CSV checking and basic fixes

- [Open checker](https://listmint.pages.dev/shopify-csv-checker): browser tool; no external checker API, sign-in, upload, credit or payment required.
- Files stay in browser memory. Limits: 5 MiB, 20,000 data rows, 250 columns.
- Checks CSV structure, common current/legacy headers, duplicate SKUs, option combinations, prices and import settings. Optional bedding review flags named sizes without recognizable dimensions.
- Basic cleanup normalizes recognized headers, quoting and blank rows while preserving product values. It cannot choose correct facts or resolve ambiguous variants. Downloadable findings report available.

## Supplier file preparation — $9 USD per prepared file

- [Open supplier preparation](https://listmint.pages.dev/supplier-prep): signed-in browser workflow. The owner completes passkey sign-in. No external bearer-key supplier API or MCP endpoint is available.
- CSV, TSV and semicolon-delimited UTF-8 text. Limits: 500 KiB, 1,000 data rows, 100 columns. Save Excel sheets as CSV UTF-8 first.
- Map title and retail price, then optional SKU, description, vendor, type, tags, barcode, size, color and one image URL per variant row. Choose a parent ID explicitly for variant grouping.
- Free preview shows the first five output rows, counts, errors, warnings and excluded columns. Errors block export. Prices must already be in the store's currency; facts and groups are not invented.
- One $9 USD preparation credit unlocks one exact source file, mapping and preparation settings. No subscription. Identical re-downloads use no extra credit while the purchase remains valid; changed files/settings need another credit. Refunds revoke access.
- Purchase through the signed-in preview and Stripe-hosted checkout. Creating/opening checkout is not payment authorization. The user or their authorized payment agent must approve and complete payment; credit delivery follows verified Stripe confirmation.
- Output is a Shopify CSV for new draft, unpublished products. Keep overwriting disabled and review Shopify's import preview. No store connection, automatic publishing, inventory, shipping, taxes, metafields, bundles or existing-product updates.
- Preview/export process source contents in server memory, without saving them or sending them to an AI provider. Purchase records and a preparation fingerprint are retained. Mapping templates stay on the user's device.

- Scoped bearer keys apply only to the listing-writing REST API. Its credits do not unlock supplier exports. Listing-writing paid packs are disabled; check runtime availability before generation. This document does not authorize account access, generation or payment.

## Limits and privacy

Neither CSV tool fetches image links, verifies product claims or guarantees an import, sales or search rankings. ListMint is independent of Shopify. Optional consent-based analytics record broad referral and funnel categories, never file contents, filenames or product values. Search assistants can cite these public pages; no account data is public.
